30-Day Returns — Buy With Confidence

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund or exchange. If more than 30 days have passed, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
• Item must be in its original packaging with all parts and manuals
• Proof of purchase required (your order confirmation email is fine)

How to start a return

Return shipping

For non-defective returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If your item arrived defective or damaged, contact us right away — we'll make it right at our expense, including replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

We replace items that arrive defective or damaged. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
