How long does delivery take?

Please allow 1–2 weeks for delivery. To keep our prices low, our power systems ship directly from our supply partners rather than sitting in an expensive warehouse — you save money, and in exchange delivery takes a little longer than Amazon. We think that's a fair trade, and we're upfront about it.

Tracking your order

You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships. If your tracking hasn't updated or your order seems delayed, contact us and we'll look into it.
